Account Manager – Hospitality Tech Startup

Remote (NYC)

We’re a fast-growing hospitality technology startup transforming the way restaurant teams learn, operate, and connect through AI-driven tools. Our clients include some of the biggest names in fine dining and luxury hospitality.

We’re hiring an   Account Manager   to join our lean, dynamic team! This is a strategic post-sales position focused on delivering white-glove support to our most important accounts: high-volume, high-touch restaurants and hospitality groups.

The ideal candidate is a   former Beverage Director or AGM   at a top-grossing fine dining restaurant with deep knowledge of wine and spirits, a passion for restaurant culture, and the operational savvy to guide top clients through tech rollouts and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for a select portfolio of high-profile restaurant and hotel partners
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption of our platform
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping beverage and service leaders maximize platform impact
• Liaise with product, design, and engineering teams to relay client feedback and refine user experience
• Roll out new features and updates with minimal friction across multiple properties and teams

You Have:

• 5+ years in fine dining, ideally as a Beverage Director or AGM at a restaurant with $10M+ in annual revenue
• Experience rolling out new systems or technology across a multi-unit group
• Deep expertise in beverage, including vendor relationships and category fluency across wine, spirits, and N/A
• A hospitality-first mindset with strong communication, follow-up, and client service instincts
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining close personal relationships with users
