YEOBO, DARLING
Yeobo, Darling is a forthcoming Korean-Taiwanese restaurant set to open in June 2025 at  827 Santa Cruz Avenue, Menlo Park, California .  Founded by chefs Meichih and Michael Kim, formerly of the Michelin-starred Maum in Palo Alto, Yeobo, Darling blends contemporary culinary techniques with the rich traditions of Korean and Taiwanese cuisines.

• We will be working with Soju and a variety of lower ABV, unique liqueurs to develop a robust bar program. As such, we're seeking a creative person who finds enjoyment in learning about and working with new and different products.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred with enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow
• Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred
• Familiarity with Soju and other unique liqueurs a plus
• Food Handler’s certification, ABC RBS training certification
• Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours 
• Must be able to move 50 pounds at time
• Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
