Biller/Bookkeeper for Nonprofit Counseling Agency

Counseling Centers of North Puget Sound is seeking administrative support.

Job Descriptions:

• The ideal candidate can do mental health insurance billing, as well as bookkeeping/payroll.
• The position is highly flexible, with remote and in-office work possible.
• We only need someone in the office in Snohomish 1x/week or less.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and bookkeeping software (Quickbooks or similar) is important.

Our longtime administrator is retiring. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get out of the corporate world, has a wish to support our mission, or needs tremendous flexibility in work/life balance. Will consider one person up to full time, or 2 part time positions, splitting the duties between billing and bookkeeping.

Pay is DOE. Paid time off is included, and a stipend for health insurance is possible.

Counseling Centers of North Puget Sound (CCNPS) is a Christian Nonprofit counseling agency. We work in partnership with local church congregations, who provide in kind support of space to support our mission. This allows us to provide quality care to our larger community, including those who are unable to pay the full cost of care.
