Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
• Reconcile balance sheets and assist with tax preparation and compliance.
• Collaborate across departments and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.

Qualifications:

• Experienced bookkeeper with strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with tax and reconciliation tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask independently.
