Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, humble, and intelligent project managers who are eager to grow personally, professionally and economically within the public adjusting industry. In this role, you will investigate property damage claims filed by policyholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of property damage to accurately determine the extent of loss covered by the insurance policy.
  • Review insurance policies to identify coverage scope, limitations and exclusions relevant to the claim.
  • Collect and organize all necessary documentation, including photographs, estimates and expert reports.
  • Engage with insurance adjusters to negotiate fair settlements that adequately compensate the policyholders.
  • Advocate for policyholders throughout the claims process, ensuring their rights are protected and serving as their main point of contact.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage types and claim procedures
  • Proficiency in using Xactimate for property damage estimation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients, insurers and vendors
  • Strong negotiation abilities to achieve fair and timely settlements 
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and thorough investigations
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to manage multiple claims
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel, as needed
