Job Details

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting legal and operational aspects of our organization, engaging with internal teams and external partners on a variety of projects. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Governance: Manage entity formations, dissolutions, name changes, and updates to corporate structure charts. Maintain legal and corporate records.
2. Project Coordination: Work with internal legal teams and external advisors on matters involving investment advisers, affiliated funds, and portfolio companies.
3. Transactional Support: Assist in the coordination of transaction documents, closing binders, and legal filings, including SEC and regulatory securities filings.
4. KYC Process: Oversee know-your-customer tasks, including form completion, notarization, apostilling, and responding to follow-ups from counterparties.
5. Legal Document Management: Organize and track legal documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and compliance.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience at a top law firm or investment company.
2. Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program. Paralegal certification preferred.
3. Expertise in corporate governance, entity management, and project coordination.
4. Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a strong plus.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and external law firms.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information.
