Full-Time (Evening) Greenhouse & Pool Attendant

The Mineral Pool at Indian Hot Springs is an incredibly unique place, and you’ll be front and center! As a Pool & Greenhouse Attendant , you will be a key part of creating an exceptional experience for our guests. You’ll have a strong understanding of our services, confidently interact with visitors, and maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our Pool and lush greenhouse environment . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on plant care , as you'll be assisting with the upkeep of the natural surroundings within the greenhouse and pool area.

 $19.00 per hour starting wage

  Eligible for Tips at 30 days

  Eligible for $1 raise at 60 days

Position Summary:

The Pool & Greenhouse Attendant ensures a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for all guests at Indian Hot Springs. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the pool area , this role also involves tending to plants throughout the greenhouse and facility , helping to preserve the natural beauty that makes our space so special. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy a mix of customer service, facility maintenance, and plant care .

Job Duties:

  Guest Interaction & Pool Maintenance:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with a friendly attitude
• Monitor the pool area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest compliance with facility policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with their soaking experience
• Ensure guests enter with the correct wristbands and answer any questions
• Clean and prepare pool facilities, including Club Mud and pool hallway
• Restock goods and materials as needed

  Greenhouse & Plant Care Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain plants within the greenhouse and facility, ensuring they are watered, trimmed, and healthy
• Assist with light greenhouse upkeep, such as removing dead leaves, misting plants, and maintaining humidity-friendly conditions
• Report any plant health concerns or environmental adjustments needed to the team
• Help create a peaceful, well-maintained atmosphere through attention to detail

  General Responsibilities:

• Operate tablets and credit/debit card terminals
• Work together with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Take initiative on special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  Valid Driver’s License or ID

  Ability to work with technology (tablets, POS systems)

  Must be dependable, friendly, responsible, and a great team player

  Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a warm, humid environment

  Comfortable working around water, plants, and general facility upkeep

  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
