About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who's as obsessed with midjourney prompts as they are with design thinking, memes, and motion graphics. If you thrive in the sweet spot between design innovation and AI-fueled experimentation - and you can back it up with a ridiculously good portfolio - keep scrolling.

This role is built for a digital-native creative who's fluent in bold visual storytelling, lives for performance-driven design, and gets an adrenaline rush from turning concepts into click-worthy campaigns. You'll be designing work that not only looks amazing, but moves the needle - whether it's a 6-second ad or a high-converting email.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Dream up and design high-impact digital assets—landing pages, display ads, social graphics, emails, motion pieces—that make audiences stop scrolling and start engaging.
  • Leverage AI design tools (think: Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Canva) to amplify , not replace, your creativity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, digital marketers, and media strategists.
  • Take creative risks. Pitch weird ideas. Prototype fast. Iterate faster. Create inbox gold.
  • Push the boundaries of visual storytelling through performance design that's as smart as it is stunning.
  • You don't just design — you sell the story behind the work, pitching ideas with clarity to both clients and teammates.

Your Superpowers

  • 3–5 years of real-world experience in digital or graphic design—agency, in-house, freelance, or outer space, as long as you've got the goods.
  • An eye that can spot bad kerning from across the room. A gut that knows when to break the grid.
  • Comfort working across formats: from static ads and short-form motion to interactive experiences.
  • You're not just designing with AI — you're redefining what creative work looks like.
  • You think “performance design” sounds important. Because it is.
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools—and the curiosity to pick up new ones as they evolve.
  • You manage your time like a pro, keep clients in the loop, and deliver killer work — even when deadlines are stacked and priorities shift fast.

Bonus Round

  • Motion design chops? Extra credit.
  • Experience in designing for sports brands or event related projects is a big plus.
  • Obsessed with aesthetic trends and know how to ride the wave and make it your own.
