Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time , must be available during those times.

Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Rep

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Advise clients on insurance products that work for them via inbound and outbound warm leads
• Always look to fill any coverage gaps and provide coverage for vehicle and property
• Sharpen your sales abilities with training and coaching

Benefits you can expect from us

• Great compensation! $30,000 starting base salary with commissions ranging from $2k to $7k monthly plus bonus opportunities (commission is uncapped)

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative

• Answer warm, high intent inbound leads as they come in (majority of your day)
• Manage and organize a sales pipeline
• Make outbound follow up calls to provided qualified, warm leads
• Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk
• Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
• Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client

The Mosimann Agency is GROWING! We are always on the hunt for great talent and are looking for people to start as soon as possible. Our interview process consists of quick phone interview, an assessment, a video interview with our interview panel, and then a final decision is made.
