  • Drive improvements to shorten the time-to-release and increase the confidence in the quality of our releases.
  • Work across the software organization to continually improve testing strategies, measure system performance, and resolve issues identified during testing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience releasing customer-facing software at scale in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience implementing innovative changes to speed up and improve the software development life cycle, build processes, and tooling to identify and mitigate risks
  • Prior experience creating, implementing, and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for complex systems
  • Proficiency with Github, CI, and Jira

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with the rigorous verification and validation of complex robotics and safety-critical software systems
  • Fluency in Python or another object-oriented language
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and experience in developing, executing, and automating test plans
