Job Description

We are a global leader in high-quality playground equipment, water park installations, and indoor play structures. Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, we serve clients across the globe and are rapidly expanding our footprint in the United States through our growing California office.

As we continue to scale in the U.S. market, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our digital and B2B marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence, drive lead generation, and contribute to our growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Position Summary
The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with strong B2B channel experience and a passion for digital content creation. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with U.S. audiences, particularly dealers and commercial clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, SEO, and paid media, along with the ability to tailor messaging for different customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the company’s presence across major social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a focus on U.S. market engagement.
Optimize the company website for SEO to improve search rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting U.S. B2B audiences; monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Create and analyze monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Review and localize marketing content to ensure cultural relevance and clarity for U.S. audiences.
Lead planning and promotion of trade shows and industry events to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, branding, and campaign execution with business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B channels and digital marketing.
Proven experience in content creation, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media).
Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment is a plus.
