Job Description:

Assists with the technical and non-technical aspects of cardiac monitoring of patients over age 18 who are on telemetry. Troubleshoots the monitoring equipment, is knowledgeable in all of the functions of monitoring equipment, recognizes heart rhythms, communicates changes in heart rhythms, and prepares the patients for monitoring.

Education Qualifications:

This position you MUST be able to work the following:

• 24 hours per week
• 12 hours shifts that will rotate between 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am (must be able to work both shifts)
• Every 3rd holiday and weekend rotation

Sign on Bonus: $1500 for eligible candidates with work commitment

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Completed course work in a medically related field such as nursing assistant, medical assistant, nursing, EMT, paramedic, respiratory care, or rhythm interpretation.

OR

• Experience in a health-related field.

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass basic heart rhythms test (90% is passing) within 30 days of employment.

Compensation Range: $16.11 - $24.17 / hour
