Overview:

Carle Health is seeking an additional  BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician  to join our Hospitalist team as a  Nocturnist  in Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

 

• Experience required
• Excellent compensation ($1,000 shift differential) in addition to generous sign-on bonus
• .5 FTE Nocturnist position (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Work 1 week (7 days in a row) per month
• Sick days allotted from day 1
• Established Hospitalist program
• Open ICU with 12 licensed ICU beds
• No procedures
• Excellent benefits package  including health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage
• Nursing floor based rounding
• Hospitalists run all codes
• Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
• Modern, state-of-the-art facility; Carle BroMenn Medical Center is a 200-bed hospital that is a DNV-Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain Center

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $175,500 - $263,500. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
