Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Online Marketing Coordinator to work for our leading global e-commerce client. Must be local to the Culver City area. First month working in the office and then remote, but there may be an occasional need to come into the office. This role will be responsible for tactical implementation of campaign components, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting quality assurance processes.
Pay: $29 - per hour on W2
Duration: 6 months - contract with possible extensions

REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of Visual Entertainment or Marketing recent experience required, degree in Marketing, Entertainment, Visual Media Arts, Film or anything in that direction! Open to new grads who have 1-2 years of experience!

Microsoft Suite (Excel is a MUST HAVE) Google docs exp
1-2 years of marketing internship or professional experience
(EX: Movie trailer company, Ad sales, large tech companies or other streaming companies)
Bachelors: Marketing, Entertainment, Visual Media Arts, Film or anything in that direction!

You are a team player who takes ownership of assigned tasks and consistently delivers high-quality work while adhering to established processes and timelines.
Basic Qualifications

●Experience with project coordination or marketing operations

●Strong problem-solving abilities
●Proficiency with common business software (Excel, Outlook, Quip, etc)
●Experience maintaining documentation and process workflows
●Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
●Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Job Responsibilities
●Execute tactical components of assigned marketing campaigns following established processes
●Maintain accurate campaign documentation and issue tracking
●Support quality assurance checks for campaign deliverables and Amazon’s Global Launch Calendar tool
●Generate regular status reports and updates for Launch Managers
●Follow established workflows and processes for campaign implementation across 3P Library Marketing Support
●Assist with team documentation of best practices and learnings (SOPs, tech & creative specs, team wiki, etc)
●Participate in team training sessions and knowledge sharing
●Support implementation of team initiatives and process improvements
●Flag potential risks and issues with O&O Marketing campaigns to launch managers
●Maintain launch management readiness tracking and metrics reporting
Preferred Qualifications
●Experience in entertainment/media industries
●Familiarity with marketing campaign management
●Experience with data analysis and reporting
●Experience working in fast-paced environments
●Background in digital marketing operations
●Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly
●Proficiency with project management software (Salesforce, Smartsheets, Airtable, Asana, etc.)
