Master Electronics is hiring a Sales Branch Manager to lead operations at our Phoenix, Arizona branch.

The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch activities, building and maintaining key strategic business partnerships, and driving regional growth. This leader will develop and coach a high-performing team to execute targeted sales strategies, improve margins, and expand customer engagement with Master Electronics’ services and product offerings.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary, plus eligibility for an individual commission plan based on branch performance.

What you will do?

  • Achieve assigned sales revenue and gross profit targets through effective management of Inside and Outside Sales teams

  • Lead and develop the branch sales team to build strong customer relationships, offer alternative product and service solutions, and proactively resolve client issues

  • Strengthen supplier partnerships to introduce innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations

  • Drive strategic account management by developing plans to enhance service levels for key customers

  • Expand the branch's market presence by effectively differentiating Master Electronics' service capabilities from competitors

  • Communicate critical updates on products, procedures, customer needs, and company initiatives to all branch employees

  • Monitor and report on competitive trends and market opportunities within the assigned territory

  • Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs to ensure world-class service delivery

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective onboarding, recognition, communication, and performance management practices

  • Manage employee performance issues, including attendance, conduct, and development, with clear documentation and corrective actions as needed

  • Provide timely and accurate status reports to internal and external stakeholders as requested
What you bring to the table!

  • 3+ years job-related experience in leading sales team with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth; career experience should include being compensated via a structured commission plan based on pre-established sales, revenue, and/or profit targets
  • Previous experience leading sales teams of at least five or more team members, required
  • Ability to successfully leverage desktop technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) and proprietary systems (e.g., ACD tools, order entry software, warehouse management systems, etc.) in the performance of job responsibilities
  • Track record of successfully managing a business with a variety of client needs and expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, problem management, and conceptual skills, including the ability to make valid conclusions from assessing operational and financial data
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and establish staffing plans to create highly-satisfied customer outcomes
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
  • Demonstrated ability to provide best-in-class service to customers that also meet the business and operational objectives of the company
  • Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
  • Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles, personalities, and career levels
