Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Milwaukee OR Grafton, WI (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation life cycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO -related issues.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, HCM).
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration with other modules.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout.
• Understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global SAP templates and localization.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance).
