About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Advanced Intercompany Processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Finance and Controlling and a proven track record in designing, configuring, and optimizing intercompany transactions across global business units using S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules with a focus on Intercompany Accounting, Intercompany Billing, and Profit Center Accounting.
Design and configure intercompany workflows including automatic postings, eliminations, and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, and logistics to ensure seamless intercompany integration.
Conduct workshops and business process discussions to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Drive testing, training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for FICO processes.
Analyze and resolve complex intercompany reconciliation and reporting issues.
Work with central finance and group reporting teams to ensure accurate consolidation and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in Intercompany Accounting, Cross-Company Code Transactions, and Document Splitting.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CCA, PCA, COPA).
Expertise in Advanced Intercompany Matching and Elimination within S/4HANA or Central Finance environments.
Familiarity with S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation) is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (Master's preferred).
SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multinational clients and global rollouts.
Understanding of integration with SD, MM, and Treasury.
Exposure to Group Reporting, Parallel Ledgers, and Multi-GAAP scenarios.
