VERSANT is looking for a Sr. Director / Director, HR Initiatives & Knowledge Management to join their team! The Sr. Director / Director, HR Initiatives & Knowledge Management will report to the SVP, HR, Corporate and will partner with key stakeholders and internal subject matter experts to develop, strategize and help drive cross-company corporate HR initiatives that impact the HR community and/or the VERSANT employee population. In collaboration with functions such as legal, IT and communications, the Sr. Director / Director will act as a knowledgeable resource to inform project teams on the HR generalist and/or employee perspective and process as programs are being considered and developed.
The Sr. Director / Director will also lead projects for the HR community, which may include employee policy review, employee data privacy and storage, emergency preparedness planning, contractor review, HR disaster recovery planning, onboarding and off boarding, etc. This role will work closely with HR colleagues at all levels to help build project teams and consensus across the division.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $175,000 - $210,000 (bonus and LTI eligible).
