**Your Role:**

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of Conscious Creators, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience

- Assisting customers with product knowledge, styling tips, and sustainable fashion practices

- Managing inventory, restocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor

- Supporting store recovery and cleanliness standards

- Promoting our mission of sustainability and designer collaborations

- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently

- Participating in store team activities and learning about fashion and sustainable practices

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and creativity

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

- Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Enthusiasm for learning about fashion, eco-friendly practices, and designer collaborations
