Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate *Physical Therapist (PT)* to join a highly collaborative rehab team at a respected *Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center* in *Newport, Oregon*. * *$2000-$2250 net (after tax take home) per week.*
* *Local Travel Rates: $50-$55 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first day health benefits.*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment for both short-term and long-term care residents.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including OT, SLP, nursing, and social services.
* Document daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
* Help residents achieve meaningful functional outcomes related to mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
* Actively participate in care planning meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
*Qualifications:*
* Active *Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license* or eligibility to obtain
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Prior experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or post-acute rehab is preferred
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
* New grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
