Set up welding equipment and ensure proper welding setups for production runs. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welding tasks. Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA 10 standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder, with expertise in MIG and Flux-Cored Arc welding. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve welding-related issues. OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with welding setups for production environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
