We're seeking a full-time Assistant for our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC) to help handle our rapid growth. No prior experience needed and there are opportunities for advancement.

Functions:

The Assistant Patient Care Coordinator supports PCCs by reaching out to potential patients on behalf of the PCCs. Patients call or submit their information and we call them to schedule an appointment or answer their questions. Other responsibilities include confirming accurate shipping addresses, payment information, and product details, as well as processing orders and miscellaneous tasks in the office for other staff.

  • Follow procedures and guidelines.

  • Promptly reach out to potential patients and respond to inquiries. 
  • Achieve consistent scheduling results.

This position is not remote, commute should be within 30 minutes driving.

Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour plus commission
